Named stations appear on the clock as they come up. Leave it as it is to run one unnamed block.
The clock runs fullscreen and keeps the screen awake. It needs JavaScript, so with scripting off the plan below is the whole session written out.

How it works
Twelve minutes is the rotation length. Two, three, four and six movements all divide into it evenly, so nobody ends the session halfway through a lap, and that is why most mixed EMOMs are written to twelve.
Three movements is the common choice. Each comes around every third minute, so each one gets two full minutes of recovery, which means the reps can be high enough to matter without the session collapsing.
Twelve minutes of a row, a squat and a press rotating gives four turns each. That is a complete full body session in twelve minutes with no equipment changes mid-minute if the stations are set up first.
The failure mode is picking three movements that all tax the same thing. Three lower body stations is a twelve minute leg session with no recovery at all, whatever the rotation says.
Questions
- Why is twelve minutes so common?
- Because twelve divides by two, three, four and six. A rotation of three movements gives each of them four turns, with no leftover minutes.
- How many movements should I rotate?
- Three is the usual answer. Each gets four turns and two full minutes of recovery between them, so the reps can be meaningful.
- Does the rotation change the pacing?
- Yes, and it makes it easier. A movement you only repeat every third minute recovers far more than one you repeat every minute.
