Barbell exercises
The barbell is the strength tool. Nothing else lets you load the big patterns this heavily, or add weight in steps this small. You can put another 2.5 kg on a squat next week. You cannot put 2.5 kg on a push-up. That is why strength programs are built around the bar.
It is also the biggest commitment in this library. You need the bar, the plates, and ideally a rack to hold it. Setkit treats it as one option among several rather than a requirement, and nearly every barbell exercise here lists a dumbbell, kettlebell or bodyweight substitute that trains the same pattern at a lighter load.
Barbell lifts punish sloppy technique more than anything else you can pick up. Start lighter than you think you need to. Add weight only when every rep of every set looks the same as the first. The safety notes on each exercise are part of the movement, not fine print.
