Exercise library · Workout generator
The exercise library that builds your workout
Every movement in Setkit is structured data: muscles, equipment, movement pattern, difficulty, form cues, progressions. That is how you can learn it properly, and how the generator turns what you have into a session that makes sense.

Every exercise, drawn the same way
Photos age, videos buffer, and every model does the movement differently. Setkit demonstrates each exercise as stage-by-stage figures drawn from pose data. The same style across the whole library, readable at any size, animated where that helps.

How the session is shaped
| Format | Protocol | The clock | Default |
|---|---|---|---|
| Strength trainingHeavy compound lifts, low reps and full rest, aimed at making you able to produce more force. | Straight sets | Sets and rest | 45 min |
| Hypertrophy trainingModerate weights, controlled reps and real effort. The standard recipe for building muscle. | Straight sets | Sets and rest | 45 min |
| Full-body workoutEvery major movement pattern in one session. The most efficient structure if you train two or three days a week. | Straight sets | Sets and rest | 45 min |
| Upper/lower splitAlternate sessions between upper and lower body. A good balance of volume and recovery for four days a week. | Straight sets | Sets and rest | 45 min |
| Push/pull/legsA three-way split by movement direction. A pressing day, a pulling day and a leg day. | Straight sets | Sets and rest | 45 min |
| Circuit trainingMove from station to station with barely any rest. Strength endurance and conditioning in one short session. | Circuit | 40 s on / 20 s off | 30 min |
| TabataTwenty seconds on, ten seconds off, eight times through. Four very hard minutes per exercise. | Tabata | 20 s on / 10 s off | 20 min |
| EMOMEvery minute, on the minute. Do the work, rest with whatever time is left, start again when the clock ticks over. | EMOM | 60 s on / rest the remainder | 20 min |
| AMRAPAs many rounds as possible in a fixed time. One clock, a short list of exercises, and a simple, repeatable score. | AMRAP | Sets and rest | 20 min |
The generator
Tell it your gear, your time, your goal
The generator builds sessions from the same structured data you browse: it balances movement patterns, orders compounds before isolation, respects your equipment and level, and prescribes sets, reps and rest for the goal you pick. Swap any exercise for a verified alternative with one click.
