Gym tools
The clocks and the arithmetic, separated out from the workout. Every one of them runs in the page, keeps nothing, and needs no account. The timers count on the same engine the session runner uses, so a plan built here runs exactly as it reads.

Timers
6
- Interval timer
A work and rest clock you set yourself. Choose the seconds on, the seconds off and the number of rounds, then run it fullscreen.
- Tabata timer
Twenty seconds of work, ten seconds of rest, eight times through. The protocol is fixed, so the timer only asks how many blocks you want.
- EMOM timer
Every minute on the minute. The clock starts a fresh minute whatever you do inside it, so finishing the work early is the rest.
- AMRAP timer
One countdown from your time cap to zero. As many rounds as possible inside it, with the rest entirely yours to take.
- Circuit timer
Work, move to the next station, work again. Set the station time, the changeover rest and the number of laps for up to twelve exercises.
- Rest timer
A single countdown for the rest between sets. Start it when you rack the bar, and it beeps when the next set is due.
Calculators
5
- One rep max calculator
Estimate the most you could lift once, from a weight you lifted for a few reps. Four formulas, the spread between them, and the training percentages.
- Plate calculator
Tell it the weight you want and it shows what to hang on each end. Works in kilos and pounds, and only uses the plates you own.
- Warm-up set calculator
A ramp from the empty bar to your working weight. Four sets, falling reps, rising load, with the plates for each one.
- RPE calculator
Turn how hard a set felt into a percentage of your max, and back again. RPE 8 is two reps in reserve, and the chart says what that weighs.
- DOTS calculator
Score a lift or a powerlifting total against bodyweight, so a 60 kg lifter and a 110 kg lifter can be compared on the same scale.

- Exercise alternatives
Pick an exercise and get the movements that replace it. Easier versions, harder versions, and swaps for the equipment you actually have.
Or build the whole session
The generator picks the exercises, the sets, the reps and the rest from your equipment and your time, then hands the result to the same timer.
