Named stations appear on the clock as they come up. Leave it as it is to run one unnamed block.
The clock runs fullscreen and keeps the screen awake. It needs JavaScript, so with scripting off the plan below is the whole session written out.

How it works
Thirty minutes on the minute is a volume session, and it only works if the per-minute work is genuinely small. Something that takes fifteen to twenty seconds fresh will still be under thirty seconds at minute twenty-five. Anything larger will not.
Run it in blocks. Three tens or two fifteens, with two or three minutes of real rest between them, keeps each block honest. Thirty unbroken minutes tends to be paced down to a level where nothing much happens.
The format suits technical practice. Two or three clean repetitions a minute for thirty minutes is a lot of quality reps, performed slightly tired, which is where technique actually has to hold.
Do not use it to chase a hard session. There are better ways to be tired in thirty minutes, and this one rewards restraint instead.
Questions
- Is thirty minutes too long for an EMOM?
- It is long, and it only works with genuinely light work. Anything above about twenty seconds of effort a minute becomes a grind well before the end.
- How should I structure it?
- Three blocks of ten, or two of fifteen, with real rest between. Thirty unbroken minutes on the minute is a test of patience more than of fitness.
- What is it good for?
- Accumulating volume at a low cost, and practicing a movement while mildly tired. It is a skill and volume session rather than a hard one.
